Q: What happens if during my current car hire I decide to return the vehicle early?
You will only be charged for actual hours/time utilised.

Q: How old do you have to be to rent a car?
Most car rental companies require a minimum age of 25 years, BUT you can still rent a car if you are over 21. In this instance, a mandatory surcharge usually applies and higher excess may be charged. These conditions will vary between hire car companies. Some vehicle types will also be restricted.
