Terms & Conditions – Audi Competition

1. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
2. Entry into the promotion deems acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
3. The promoters are Hirecartogo.com Pty Limited trading as zoomtogo.com.
4. Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia.
5. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. The winner must be over the age of 25 years.
7. Employees of Hirecartogo.com Pty Ltd and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible.
8. All winners will be notified by mail. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
9. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. All winners will be responsible for any additional costs incurred. The insurance excess is $1,100.
11. All entries become the property of the promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address shown below. The Promoter will not sell or provide this information to another party.
12. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
13. Once prizes have left Promoter's premises, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes.
